If that is the reject reason on an extension, then you or someone else already filed a tax return in your name. Did you try to file already? Did a spouse maybe file a joint return by mistake and you are trying to file a separate return? Are you trying to file a second tax return from the same online account (each online account can only file one return.)
If no to all these, you might be a victim of identity theft.
