But us users are stuck trouble shooting for 2 to 6 years on import problems that we may or may not catch. All while, paying money to these companies, in part, for their ease of use and claimed interconnectivity.
How many people, blindly filed based on 1 account's 1099, not aware of other accounts? It happens. I have elderly relatives; they get mixed up if you give them authoritative information. I caught the discrepancy. Others may not especially when the software claims to import your forms.
