I'm a fellow user and don't work for TurboTax, but I recall problems like this with Ally Bank importing in the past. I believe Ally Bank, at least in its PDFs, uses a combined type of 1099-INT that shows all of one's Forms 1099-INT in one file. I know a problem in past years with importing Ally 1099-INT is that Page 2 of the Ally form is a page of instructions, and their additional accounts resumed on Page 3. I remember folks in this forum have said that that instruction page is what likely caused the incomplete importing--I presume because the TurboTax importing programming didn't know how to handle that Page 2. So during the import when TurboTax reached the instruction page, it thought it was finished and didn't import the accounts on the pages after that. I have no firsthand knowledge if that is what is happening, but seems like a likely explanation.
