I am sorry to see you are having the same problem I did last year. I will update this thread about how my Ally accounts import when I do my taxes, once again, with TurboTax this year.
I pay good money for TurboTax Home & Business (especially now that intuit's licensing has cut off family from using my copy this year) but my situation does not demand that I need Home & Business. I am seeing other people recommend competing tax software services. And FYI, if you do not run a business or have complex investments, it is likely there are several other free and/or cheaper options if you have a basic W-2 employee filing.
