Are you saying it won't transmit? i.e., are you stuck on a screen with the big orange button "Transmit My Return Now?" If so, did you encounter a Captcha ("I am not a robot") that you have to get by first? If not, it may be that the Captcha is not generating in that section. If that sounds like your problem, then try this:
Are you using any ad blockers or script blockers? If so, that may be blocking the Captcha. Even if that's not the case, the following can still solve a possible browser issue.
Here's how to troubleshoot:
- Are you using any adblockers or script blockers that might interfere with the Captcha generation?
- If not, then log out and clear your browser Internet cache.
- Close the browser and reopen it.
- Make sure cookies are allowed/enabled in your browser settings so the Captcha will appear.
- Log in and try again.
- If still unsuccessful, do all the above, then this time open a private window/private browsing (aka "incognito mode").
- Log in with the private window (again making sure cookies are allowed) and try the efile again.
Or see if trying a different browser (with cookies allowed) will solve it.
