I could't download state to complete 2022 tax return. Never had a problem in the last decade with download. Came here to search for an answer but was disappointed to see the frustration. This is what I did and it worked!
- I closed the TT program.
- Re-opened and registered the product ( I normally do not registered except for the first couple of years).
- Went to download my state at the end of federal review.
- Selected my state and it downloaded!!
