Hello, I bought several 4 to 7 year treasury bonds in the secondary market (Schwab) in 2023 and paid accrued interest. The amount is reflected in the consolidated 1099 I received but not deducted from the interest earned on the 1099-INT.
1. Is that amount deductible this year?
2. If so, where and how should I post in TT Desktop Deluxe version?
