I just downloaded a consolidated 1099 from Edward Jones to my Turbo Tax and it didn't download correctly. LongTerm vs ShortTerm. TurboTax or Edward Jones?

Evidently there are transactions that are long or short term and covered or noncovered.  The transfer got them all mixed up.  Anyone else seen this or no how to fix?
