E-submission classified as fraud

My 2021 return was submitted electronically by turbo tax. The IRS asked me for additional paper work which I submitted by certified letter in 03/2022.   I have had no further correspondence or letters via the USPS OR my IRS online profile regarding my 2021 return.  My refund has been pending for two years, and after several calls in 2022 I was told they were not caught up with their Covid backlog.   Now, two years later they said my 2022 return was classified as 'identity theft' and they will need to re-do my tax return .   Can Turbotax assist with this?       Again no notifications from the IRS on my IRS profile or when I go to 'wheres my tax refund' website,  other than my expected refund amount.
