Why when I am almost finished with filing my 2023 state taxes, I click review and it shows me my 2022 taxes instead of 2023?

Why when I am almost finished with filing my 2023 state taxes, I click review and it shows me my 2022 taxes instead of 2023?
How do I fix that or is it supposed to be that way?
