I normally do my family's taxes. There are five of us. One of the family members taxes were rejected due to an error in the SS#. When I corrected the number and am trying to resend it, it is now stating I've reached the e-file limit of 5 returns.
My transmission didn't go through.
I know this year we are required to register our software.
Has anyone encountered this issue?
