When you file the w2 for her, you will have her wages and federal tax paid. The other boxes will be zero since less than $2600. She will file her w2 on her tax return for her federal wages paid and federal income tax. If you withheld other taxes, Medicare and Social Security, you should refund them to her since you will be getting a refund on your taxes for those payments.
