Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I've been having the same issue as everyone else. I completed the taxes on 1/27, and was getting the same message. I was trying to find help on the Intuit site as well as Google and found nothing.  Thanks to other users complaining, this error finally showed up in Google and I was able to comment on this particular post. 

It's 2/1 and the issue still hasn't been resolved.  Is there going to be an update, and it would make since that TurboTax sends an email to customers especially since it's a software issue.

I've been using this software since 1998 - yes I'm a long time customer.  The sooner this is fixed, the better.
