I need to remove a credit that was claimed as I thought it was for individuals that paid their own out of pocket for TETC. It's for State and hasn't been filed yet.

I didn't realize the Trade Education Tax credit was for employers only. I paid out of pocket for training, but I can't get back to remove this even though my state return hasn't been filed yet.
