I ran 1099s for 4 businesses. The first one took two weeks to be accepted. The second one 4 days. The 3rd still being processed. The 4th accepted in 24hrs. The 4th was the only one I received an email from Intuit that it was accepted even though the 1st and 2nd show accepted online. If you e-file by today you have sent it in time. We have no control over when the IRS accepts them. As I said my 3rd is still processing and I did one later that was already accepted.
