Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Same here with Deluxe Desktop. Spent 45 minutes with agent who said he would call back next day but didn't. I got an email saying my case was closed. Requested a refund on their website and was approved.

 

I did see another post from 1 day ago that had the same problem and TT said that it was a problem with Schedule C (which I had) and that programmers are working to fix but no release date yet.
