I had an NEC last year, but not this year. Forms shows 1099-NEC worksheet, but I checked the "Do not show this form next year". Deleting the Form C seemed to take care of things for me in addition to deleting the Electric Vehicle Credit form (no idea why it was generated for my return by TT) and the the HSA form for me and my wife (again, no idea why TT generated these as we've never had an HSA).
