I had this problem of not allowing to e-file. I went to the forms and opened forms 8889 (HSA, which we did not have) and then 8936 (Clean Vehicle Credits which we also did not have). While open that form went to top line menu "Forms", then "Remove this form". After that I was able to file electronically.
