I put in my card information and hit next to see how much they wanted to charge me to file my taxes. I never confirmed payment or proceeded to file. I decided to file through another tax service that was less expensive. I went back to the page to clear my work but the app said it can’t do that because payment was submitted and Turbo refuses to give me a refund!
