I worked on two jobs. My 1st employer sent w2 form and second employer didn't. And I filed first w2 form without doing second one. Would that be a problem?

A few days ago my first employer sent me the W2 form and I processed it to get a tax refund. But I worked a second job, but my w2 form wasn't sent yet, so I couldn't do both at the same time. Would this be a problem?
