Get your taxes done using TurboTax

As far as the IRS is concerned, your baby sitting income is self-employment income, and you were self-employed while earning that income. You do not need a 1099 of any type. However, you are still required to report that income.
It get's reported as self-employment (Business) income on SCH C as a part of your 1040 tax return. If using the online version, then you'll need to upgrade to Premium for the SCH C. My screen shows your using the online version of TTX Basic, which doesn't have the needed SCH C form in it.

Note that you will also be able to deduct from that business income, any expenses you may have incurred in the process of earning that income.
