Here is how you can access Live Help.
If you want to switch to TurboTax Live from a different TurboTax product, follow these steps.
As you prepare your taxes in TurboTax Live, you can quickly connect with one of our credentialed tax experts:
- Select the floating Live help button.
- Select Connect with live help at the top of the chat window.
- Enter your question or topic area and select Continue.
- Select your preferred method for connecting with a tax expert.
The process is a little different if you're using the TurboTax mobile app. We have instructions for how to connect with a tax expert on the app.
