Since SSI is not taxable on your federal return, only a few states will ask for it. If your state is one of them, then as you go through your state interview the program will ask for it. As DoninGaA mentioned, to get to your state interview:
- Go to your Tax Home page
- Scroll down to State Taxes
- Select Review/Edit
- Go through the state interview
