The IRS is rejecting my 1099 NEC forms to my independent contractors

The 1099 NECs that I just e filed to the IRS for my independent contractors got rejected.  The email from Turbo Tax says "The forms were rejected for the following reason:

Your business info doesn’t match the IRS records. Typically, this happens if the Business Name and business Tax ID (SSN or EIN) are not matching their records.
To resolve this issue and e-file a replacement:
Please ensure that your company name and Tax ID number are correct. They need to match what the IRS has on record.
Please e-file a replacement as soon as you can. Visit Quick Employer Forms to resolve this issue.
Your filing date will be the date of your original submission."

I have never changed my EIN or Business name in all of the years I have been using Turbo Tax Online Quick Employer forms for business.  Please advise what may be wrong!
