Greencard still pending so I’m using my old SSN. I got my work permit last year and my former employer wanted me to help them during busy weekends. So I work there for 6 days only. I gave them my SSN( which is still my maiden name). I will only change my old SSN when I got my greencard according to my attorney. I’m filing my tax this year. Will it affect when filing my taxes? if my name on W2 is in my married name different from my SSN which my maiden name on it?
