Get your taxes done using TurboTax

You should receive a 1099 for self-employment income from the company that paid you.  If they paid you more than $600.

You will file this as self-employment income.  Under "Wages & Income" on TurboTax scroll down to "1099-MISC and Other Common Income".  Click start next to 1099-NEC and enter the income from your form there.  You will also be able to enter any direct expenses that you had (tools, materials, etc.) in order to do the work for this company.  Once you have entered everything into that section the system will calculate how much you owe in taxes.
