My wife works physically at her employer's main office in LA two days a week and one day a week at her employer's branch office in TX and two days a week remotely from her residence in TX.
LA state taxes are withheld on 100% of her wages. Since she works 60% of the time while in TX, should she file a nonresident LA state tax return using only 40% of her wages which should result in a refund? Thanks!
