I am being asked to "Check this Entry" for "2021 Schedule D for AMT" lines 7 and 15 in order to finalize my 2023 return involving capital loss carryover.
There are values in line 21 and "2021 Form 6251, line 4, alternative minimum taxable income" that I can't find in my downloaded copy of my 2021 return in order to figure out which lines 7 and 15 I'm supposed to grab. As far as I can tell, I did not submit a Schedule D AMT or Form 6251 in 2021.
Also, the number listed in the "2021 Schedule D for AMT, line 21" does not match the amount on my submitted 2021 Schedule D (which as far as I know was not AMT).
