I received the same error. In past years, I would get a message saying Federal was sent and Ohio cannot be transmitted yet, then it was sent automatically at a later date. I'm worried with the logic that "Ohio cannot be transmitted until Federal is returned" we will keep receiving this message since it seems like they are being sent together. Please have the team check the code to allow these to be sent separately and follow the process that has been used in prior years.
