Mine Is doing the same thing. Last week I got my w2 so before I forgot I figured get it done. I filed my federal but TurboTax said ohio doesn't open till today(the 18th). I didn't even realize today was the 18th but I got a text that said federal was accepted so I was like oh what's the date? Today state opens. Might as well do that before I forget too. Wouldn't let me in the app because federal was filed so it transferred me to browser. Got on stuff done and hit file and it came back with "Tax Year 2023 transmissions are not available.|" so I'm going to wait another day or 2 but now I'm worried that I won't be able to file state because federal was already done.
