I got the same message. I’m on the phone with a lady and she said wait until February 4th to submit the state because some forms are showing they aren’t ready until the 4th.
I also got my federal accepted and it estimated Feb 7 for my tac return so maybe wait until you get the return from federal to try the state. But that’s all the advice I have for ya! Good luck!

If you try today they will accept state! Just got both of mine filed!
