I receive gifts of less than 5,000 USD every month as well as one time gift of 90,000 USD from my parents, do I also need to state the monthly gifts on form 3520?

I know I have to declare the 90,000 USD as it's more than 5,000 but not sure if I must declare the gifts of less than 5K since their sum total is what helped bring the total donation in that calendar year to over 100K. Thank you very much for your answer!
