Turbo Tax say no internet when trying to verify my software, yet here I am.

I installed my software from the disc. It updated and then when it opens up it says "You're Not Connected to the Internet" when it's  in the Activation stage.  I have 6 years of TurboTax installed on this computer and this is the first time it can't connected to the Internet. I've reboot my computer and I don't have any issue with it connecting to anything else so I don't know how to tell if my computer is preventing it or not. I've searched in the website but I get nothing close to my issue in the search results.
