No do not file them together or at the same time. Mail a printed copy of the 2022 tax forms. Sign and date the form 1040 and include in the mailing copies of W-2s, 1099s, etc. as described in the mailing instructions. The address of where to mail it are in the mailing instructions. Make sure you keep a copy of your return for your files.
You can efile or mail the 2023 tax return separately after you have completed it.
