I just filed my federal and state taxes. Went to the next page where you can print and or save your forms. It allows me to do federal, but for state says as follows:
"Your Arizona return(s) is currently unable to view, print or download because some of the forms haven't been finalized yet."
I received an email saying they both were submitted.
So how am I getting this and why am I not able to print and or save my AZ State taxes? I clicked on the link " Notify me when my forms are ready" and put in my email. It then says Unable to load message ID, no forms or products have been specified. Please close window and try again.
Called support...no help and after a multitude of minutes was disconnected.
Can someone plz help me with this. I meed a copy of my state taxes!
