You can click on Tax Home (on the left side panel) at any point when preparing your return, as long as you are signed in to your TurboTax Online account. If you don't see Tax Home on the left side of the screen, you are not signed in to your TurboTax Online account. (click either link to do so)
If you want to get out of the section you are in and remove any dependents listed on your return,
- Click on Tax Home.
- Click on My Info (this is where you will find any dependents on your return).
- Click on Finish.
- Scroll down and click on Delete (trash can icon) next to each dependent that should not be there.
- Click on Continue.
