I purchased Turbotax Home & Business from Amazon.com on 12-29-2023, received physical disk on 12-30-2023. Tried installing on 12-31-2023, keep getting error code -43, "the operation can't be completed because one or more required items can't be found." Error repeatedly occurs at 3 minutes into 4 minute download, disk then ejects. No indication of physical damage to CD that I can see. iMac running OS 12.6.3, Monterey. Apple USB SuperDrive. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
