To claim your 2021 Child Tax Credit you will need to file a 2021 tax return. Here is a link to file your 2021 taxes:

If you have already filed a return for that year and didn't claim it, you can amend the return. In TurboTax, visit Tax Home, and then scroll down to your "Your tax returns & documents", and find the 2021 tab. You can select to amend.
