As you suggested, for many years I used the previous year TT to do
my preliminary planning. Then, when I could purchase TT for the
current year, I started using it for planning. Since doing that, this
is the first year the state forms were not available before Dec 31.
The frustrating part is that TT sent an email saying state download would
be available Dec 14. I wasted a few hours trying to download it following
all their recommendations.
