My 2022 taxes were prepared by a CPA and I have only a PDF of the return. Going forward I will be using TT online. I have two questions.
- Is there a way to import my 2022 return (it's a PDF) into TT online or would I need the desktop edition?
- If I can't import it, would I be able to upload the source documents (w2, 1099, etc.) from 2022 into the 2023 TT program in order to run simulations by altering various parameters?
My goal here is to use this to help make some decisions for tax year 2024 with regards to IRA distributions and ROTH conversions etc.
