I'm at my wits end. I have an IRS issue with my 2022 tax return. I tried to open my TurboTax 2022 to view my return information but when opening it forced me to accept the latest install, I tried to refuse but it forced an update. The update will not let me open my 2022 without error codes. It will also not let me open the backup copy. It will not let me generate a new return from the 2022 file also. I can open my 2021 tax. I filed using Turbotax online and paid for audit protection. I logged into my TurboTax account to get their copy on my 2022 tax and they show no record of my 2022 tax.
