The above-quoted statement is true in the sense that there is insufficient demand to justify the costs of developing a Mac version of TurboTax Business. Every single tax year, the software needs to have a team of developers assigned to construct and update the program. If it were worth the expense, Intuit would have released a Mac version of TurboTax Business years ago.

If you can get a CPA to prepare ANY kind of federal business income tax return (or 1041, for that matter) for $300, you really should jump all over that. Personally, I know quite a few CPAs and lawyers and, as an example, none of them will touch even the most basic trust or estate income tax return for less than $800.
