Can I claim electric vehicle tax credit if I am not coming under the max AGI cap limit in year 2023 but was under the max AGI cap limit in year 2022?

I am planning to purchase a Tesla before Dec 31 2023 if I am still eligible for ev tax credit 7500 based on my year 2022 income eligibility.  Can someone share the experience?
