How should i go about filing this year? I never filed for 2022 because of a missing w2, this year i will only have 1 w2 so im not sure how i need to proceed this year.

I never received a w2 from one of my employers from 2022, i tried calling and emailing them with no success so im not sure how to obtain that w2 so i can file for 2022. How should i proceed to take care of 2022 and subsequently 2023?
