Can my business be taxed as an S-Corp for 2023 if I just got my LLC created in November 2023? I was previously a Sole Proprietor until Nov 2023.
I need to prepare a 2553 form. Can the effective date be the beginning of 2023? (Jan 1, 2023) and does it need to be a late election?
