The link you provided says to
Sign in to your Intuit Account.
1. Under Payment Info, select View.
2. Select Edit and update your billing and shipping info.
3. Select Save.
Which would work fine, except “Payment info” does not appear anywhere when you log into your account. I have a URL that used to be advantage specific, but now takes you to the generic page. Which only includes

Payment methods (only lists the credit cards stored)
What you have to do is select Products & billing
1. select Products & billing
2. click on your turbotax product,
3. click on the right arrow to get multiple choices.
4. Box one is your advantage enrollment for the 2024 CD
5. Box 2 will be your downloaded downloaded TY2023 TurboTax Desktop Deluxe DIY Advantage with the same license as the CD if you had to trade it out because you don't have a cd drive this year.
6. Click on add/remove in Box one to remove the CD subscription
7. Then add a new product to download turbo in 2024. (Which will allow Intuit to forget you subscribed to advantage for 10 years and allow you to pay more than buying on amazon or at Best Buy)
