you have told us nothing about your spouse - his age?, covered by medicare?, has his own HSA?, covered by HDHP? type of HDHP you have self-only or family.?
however, for self-only coverage, you can only contribute 11/12 of the max for 2023. the max is $4850
so 11/12 would be 4446.
