Hi,

If you received free health care from your State (TN) you will be given a form 1095-B which is no longer required for you to file with your taxes as a result of the Affordable Care Act being repealed. In regard to the unemployment payments, you received; you will be given a form 1099-G from your state for these payments which you will file as income received on your tax return. Please also bear in mind that Unemployment payments may be taxable income on the Federal return.
