I was laid off from my company in July. I’m still based in the state where I used to work (my primary address), but I’ve been doing some traveling and staying with family in a different state for periods of time (my secondary address...but most of my mail goes here and this is the address the USPS has). Will this affect the state I need to file my taxes in? If so, what do I need to do?
