Data import from a current version of Quicken consistently fails with the message "There seems to be some issue importing the Quicken data. ..."

Long-time TT & Qkn user, so am familiar with the import process. This is the only time in 20 some years I've seen it fail. I'm importing 2023 data for the purposes of tax planning as I've done in prior years as well. The message continues "...Instead try downloading the TXF file from Quicken & uploading to TurboTax."  Problem with that is that Quicken offers no selection ability; it will export ONLY last years data which is useless (without mucking around with my PC's clock). Why is there an error with routine imports and when will it be fixed?
